PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project will continue the construction of common municipal infrastructure in the Industrial zone "Janjevci" within which the following will be built:

PROJECT PURPOSE
Kroz ulaganje u proširenje i poboljšanje kvalitete infrastrukture u Industrijskoj zoni „JanjevcI“ stvoriti uvjete za privlačenje novih investicija i otvaranje novih radnih mjesta.
By investing in expansion of existing common basic infrastructure conditions will be met for activation of new building plots in the zone. Following the expansion of common basic infrastructure, 26 existing plots will be formed into new plots suitable for investors. Since merging and splitting lots will be performed, plot sizes will be 8000 to 1000 m2.
Expanded municipal infrastructure opens the possibility of activation another 455.4952 of building plots. This preparation will offer entrepreneurs around 50 new building plots. Construction of energy efficient public lighting is an additional element which was not present in the Industrial zone and will raise the standard of the zone, but also improve on road traffic safety, as well as significantly contribute to property safety for entrepreneurs in the zone.
Considering the possiblity of merging construction plots according to investors' needs, 30 new investors are planned. This will satisfy the needs and possibilities of economic growth and development.
